On 10 June 2020, fifteen members of the GLOBE project met online for an extraordinary General Assembly. 

Amongst the items on the agenda were important changes to adapt to the disturbances caused by the Covid-19 crisis. Inter alia, the team decided to adapt the timeline of the project, in order to ensure that all research activities continue to deliver with the highest possible quality. It was also decided to widen the scope of Working Paper 8 to accommodate research on the disruptive effects of Covid-19 on contemporary governance models.
